Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsure about sizes or have any other questions regarding our products, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@Qloxe.com before placing your order.
If you've already placed your order and changed your mind, we will accept order cancellations within 24 hours of your Purchase. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, a refund will be issued to your credit card account in the amount of the price charged.
We also accept size exchanges and returns within 14 days of your Purchase. Couture orders can not be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges will be issued under the following conditions:
Product(s) must be in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached
Product(s) must not contain:
• any pet hair, dust, dirt
• any type of stains such as makeup, food, deodorant
• rips, runs, tears or damages
• odors infused into the dress such as perfume, deodorant or foreign scents
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges.
To make an exchange request, please email us at info@Qloxe.com and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
Please have the following information available when you contact us:
• your name
• your order number (can be found on your confirmation email, shipment email &
packing slip)
• the item(s) you would like to exchange
we will provide you with easy to follow instructions to process your request.
If you purchased items through one of our Retailer, please contact the same Retailer regarding their shop policies.
