How Pre-order works

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you place your order to secure your item before the upcoming styles arrive with us or release in the market.
Please note that upon placing pre-orders, your payment is made immediately as per normal to ensure that you are in line to receive the item.

If you've already placed your order and changed your mind, we will accept order cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, a refund will be issued to your credit card account in the amount of the price charged.

An estimated time-frame for shipping is stated in the product description. you will receive an email with tracking information when your items are available for shipping.

We will always attempt to fill each and every order. Please further note that orders may be canceled at any time due to any unforeseen delays or circumstances beyond our control. If we need to cancel an order, we will email the customer, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation. Refund will be issued to your credit card account in the amount of the price charged.

We accept size exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date you received your item.
